_01 Sectors
Of interest: business services, industrial distribution, light manufacturing, B2B services, equipment dealerships, specialty rental, service-based trades, infrastructure-adjacent services.

Excluded: restaurants, bars, nightlife, hospitality, food concepts, highly cyclical industries.
_02 Geography
Greater Los Angeles, including West LA. Openness to Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Ventura.
_03 Financials
SDE / EBITDA $500K to $2M. Purchase price $2M to $6M. Target multiple 3.5x to 4.5x.
_04 Attributes
Five or more years in business. Three years of consistent profitability. EBITDA margin at or above 10%. Recurring or repeat revenue. Low customer concentration.
_05 Structure
Asset purchase preferred. Standard SBA seller-carry and standby arrangements considered.

SBA pre-qualified. Equity ready.

Pre-qualified for SBA 7(a) with three SBA Preferred Lenders. Personal equity plus partner equity available. Personally guaranteed.

  • Three years of P&L.
  • Most recent YTD financials.
  • A description of the business and customer mix.
  • Owner role today and expected post-close availability.
  • Asking price and target close.
